We had a leisurely start to our day involving books and coffee. From there we wandered into town with the goal of experiencing “Canada’s diving capitol.” Brandon had wanted to explore the depths of Lake Huron properly by scuba diving, but complications with ”expired” certification papers got in the way. We happily settled for a day of snorkeling.
Now equipped with our snorkel gear we picked up two bags of day-old baked goods (that were not that good), 3lbs of fresh Ontario peaches,
and headed off to the beach. The remainder of our day was spent exploring ship wrecks, swimming alongside large unidentified (and tasty looking) fish, reading books and newspapers, chilling in the sun and eating our picnic lunch.
Looking dapper....Back to the campground, we devoured our usual supermarket dinner of 1 rotisserie chicken, a couple of heads of broccoli, and a full box of Raisin Bran. On a side note, we decided that karaoke + campground = future bankruptcy.
